Bright and Light
This 1965 one-story ranch was dark and harvest gold! The beautiful exposed wood beam and kitchen island are the star of the show here. The kitchen, den, and dining room are all open to entry and inviting, while the function includes a walk-in pantry for this growing family. Stone replaced the siding on the exterior for a solid elevation.
Open Concept
The 1962 traditional 2-story home was full of small enclosed rooms. So, we used hidden and exposed beams to open the first floor completely. A brand-new chef’s kitchen and entertaining island combines with an open-concept dining room and den with new, large picture windows. Staying within the existing footprint a new home was developed.
Entertainment
A timeless outdoor entertainment space provides ample opportunities for family and friends. This space has been going strong for 10 years and still looks brand new. The unique need for a freestanding structure that complied with utility setbacks and a comfortable space where everyone feels at home encompass this entertainment space.
Bathroom Efficiency
A dated primary bathroom was bringing down the Energy and Efficiency of this retreat. A large double vanity with lots of storage ensures everything has its place. A dedicated walk-in shower provides a spa experience and the soaking tub can be the best end to a long day. Now this home owner has a great place to start and end the day.
Indoor/Outdoor Living
A large tree in the backyard set the tone for this remodel and addition. The existing 1960 ranch of 1,740 sq. ft. had an addition of a primary bedroom/bathroom and a covered patio with an outdoor kitchen. Large windows and sliding doors welcome the views of the backyard into the house. The vibe of this new retreat incorporates traditional design and modern taste.
Outdoor Oasis
The desire to spend more time outside inspires many. A dilapidated, small patio cover was removed to expand site lines and provide more space for entertainment. Lounge seating, pool access and outdoor kitchen are a few of the new amenities this outdoor oasis provides. Backyard drainage and access from the house were also addressed. Looks like a great day to go outside!
